BankORION Announces New Cambridge Bank Facility at Ground-Breaking

At the official ground-breaking ceremony, BankORION announced the construction of a new Cambridge bank facility at 112 South West Street on December 1, 2022. City dignitaries, residents, BankORION leadership and staff were at the site to celebrate. Matthew P. Bollinger, the president and CEO of BankORION mentioned to the crowd that, “Banking has evolved quickly over the past several years and the manner in which we need to serve our customers has also evolved. As such, our Strategic Initiative to modernize our branch facilities will enable us to not only better serve the needs of our customers, but will also help us better serve the communities where we have planted our roots.”

The construction of the facility will be led by PG Design + Build from Rockford, IL and Hein Construction from Galesburg, IL. During the construction of the new site, the Cambridge branch, located at 201 North Prospect Street, will still operate as a full-service branch with ATM and Drive-Up capabilities.
